Attached you will find the minutes and society updates from the IEA Council meeting in Singapore, September 2-3, 2017. I would appreciate any comments, corrections, or other suggestions. In particular, since this the minutes are closer to a transcript of actual discussion at the meeting, should anyone quoted herein feel that they would like the comments to be more general (i.e., not specifically attributed/quoted, but summarized and/or rendered anonymous), please let me know and I will attempt to accommodate your preferences. I would very much appreciate your guidance in this matter, so feel free to respond personally to me with your comments.
Many of the Society updates have been reviewed and edited, but, again, if you would like to modify these, please let me know.
